This technote provides information on how to pause or un-pause a Sensor Cloud account. Pausing an account will restrict service and place the account on hold. You may pause or un-pause an account as long as there are no outstanding payments.
Log into your Sensor Cloud account.
Navigate to and click on the My Account Tab.
Under "Plan & Billing Information", Click the Pause/Un-Pause Account Service & Billing.
