Where To Find Login Info

Your username and password will automatically be dispatched to the email address of whoever purchased the device. The email address they used at checkout is usually the default login. If you were the purchaser and do not see this email in your inbox or SPAM folder, please contact us at support@tempalert.com.

If you purchased from a reseller (such as Amazon), you will need to call us at (866)-524-3540 to register and setup a Sensor Cloud account.
